Digital Footprints Conferences
The Digital Footprints Conference is our flagship annual event, which showcases the best research practices in smart data and novel linkage globally, with a dedicated Social Data for Health strand from 2027 onward. The event brings together academics, policymakers, government representatives and industry to share and discuss the potential of digital data for public good.
The conferences were held in Bristol (2023 & 2024) and Leeds (2025), and will be held in York (2026).

Webminars & Podcast Series
The ISSDF will have regular webminar series, featuring social data for health uses from around the world.
We will also have podcast series, with episodes ranging from 10 minutes (podbites) to 60-minute full editions. You will be able to download them on this page.
